There are seven persons i.e. P, Q, R, S, T, U and V living in an eight storey building such as ground floor is numbered as 1, above it is floor 2 then top floor is numbered as 8. One floor is vacant. All the information is not necessarily in the same order. V lives three floors below S. The number of persons live above S is same as the number of persons live below S.
