Bangladesh’s youth team defeated India by three wickets in a thrilling match in the final. With this, the Bangladesh team won the under-19 World Cup title for the first time.

Bangladesh captain Akbar Ali was adjudged Man of the Match for the match-winning innings, while India’s Yashasvi Jaiswal, who scored the highest 400 runs in the tournament, was adjudged Player of the Tournament.
